This includes the entire set except for the Hugo that I drew and the Blanka that Diego drew. Sasha drew Morrigan, Chun-Li, and Q-Bee. Diego drew [...]

September’s theme is “Versus the World.” Pick a videogame character or make a team of characters and show why you feel they can take on any and all opponents thrown their way. These elite, kick ass characters come in many forms. They can be space marines, bounty hunters, mutants, scientists, plumbers, or even teenagers with [...]

Last month, we had an open call for submissions for this August’s theme: “Bring the Heat.” That could have been loosely interpreted into warm colors, heatwave-level temperatures, seductive characters, an arsenal of weaponry, or any and all of that. We’ll be exhibiting the artwork this Saturday at our wall inside The Hive during opening reception [...]

Tonight is opening reception for the “Genesis to Revelation” group art show at CoproGallery. That pretty much covers the entire Old and New Testaments of the Christian Bible. J will have his “Ronnie’s Ark” painting on display. I’ve watched him work on it throughout the month and the finalized piece looks great. CoproGallery is located [...]

Diego also finally got around to setting up his own blog and his own sweet studio workspace. I visited him and Sasha the other week to see their studio for myself and man, does it look good. All the walls are lined with their massive toy/model collection, including a 2-foot-tall Hulk polystone statue. They’re both [...]

Simon has once again started to update his blog on a more frequent basis *cough*about time*cough* and it’s filled with glimpses at the myriad of projects that he’s currently involved with. Why are you still reading this? Go check it out!
August’s theme is “Bring the Heat.” That can mean warm colors, heatwave-level temperatures, seductive characters, an arsenal of weaponry, or any and all of that. One thing’s for sure, it’ll be a scorcher. If you can have artwork ready by July 31, we can display it at The Hive since that month will coincide with [...]
A couple weeks ago, I discovered the existence of Brody Dalle’s current band Spinnerette. I used to be obsessed with Brody Dalle back when I started listening to The Distillers. Her screaming vocals, kick ass attitude, ever-changing fashion, and gorgeous beauty burned an everlasting impression in my mind. Watching her perform in Spinnerette sent chills [...]
